Discovery
Committing to EF coaching and consulting is a big leap. Taking time to get to know potential clients, and ensure Ignite is providing the most efficient and economic solutions to executive functions development. The discovery process includes an introductory call, audit of need meeting and strategic plan creation.

Strategic Plan
Before beginning all potential clients will receive a strategic support plan outlining what the Discovery phase revealed in terms of executive function focus. The comprehensive plan will also include timelines, monthly themes, curriculum or other materials specific to each individual plan.
